Shed ordered for £149.99, and paid for on 1st April, delivered a week and a half later for £15.00.
Box badly damaged, and their customer services notified by email with photos, and no reply after 5 emails, even a simple "Did you receive my emails?" went un answered.
Phone contact made on 22nd april, no response on email from them regarding collection and refund.
Contact made again on 24th April to say no emails received, so 6 emails all with individual photo's sent, this time I got delivery receipts, lets see if they bother replying, otherwise its trading standards next.
Needless to say I wont bother again, and would certainly not recommend.
