“Awful”

i bought the sky broadband and phone deal so i cannot speak for the Tv side of it. I am appalled at how bad the internet is. at the best of times i get low internet speeds and every day at ~23:50 the internet completely cuts out for a couple of minutes.
when i first got it there was only occasional internet lag and cut-outs. but after the first year of use i started to have my interenet not working almost everyday at various times for about 20 minutes at a time, making online gaming (a hobby of mine) virtually impossible and ruining the experience for me and my teammates. I am not sure if I am writing this in the correct place actually but oh well tl;dr: constant internet cutouts and lag. Rubbish
