Bought a pair of trainers last August, wear them once, sometimes twice a week and the sole is coming off. Went to store where they refuse to exchange saying it was normal wear and tear. How can a sole coming off a trainer be NORMAL wear and tear.!!
The manageress was very rude, and after much discussion called the security guard to remove me from the store. This young man arrived approaching me with menace and a threatening manor.
There non refund or exchange policy is quite unbaleavable.
If I could rate this company with no stars I would.
All I can say is shoppers beware!!
