To all the staff at Northern Gas Heating I would like to say a massive thank you for everything you have managed to do for myself and my 87 year old mother. We have been without heating and hot water since the 27th of December 2014 and we had lost count of the amount of calls ,visits and false promises we were given by other insulation and utility companies,
We contacted Northern Gas with an enquiry on 20th January and from that point forward our application has been dealt with in the most efficient effective manner we could have wished for.Even when it became apparent that to carry out our boiler installation would require a substantial contribution which we simply could not afford Northern Gas were kind enough to waive this and allow our application to proceed
We now have a brand new Valliant boiler and our home now truly feels like home again..
