I'm a long time Overclockers customer and have always received top notch service regardless of the experience. My first order with them was an heavily overclocked bundle (Core i7 920 @ 4.2Ghz) that worked really well for over 4 years, without a single stability issue. It was still working though, but I decided to upgrade so it could have indeed worked for much longer than that.
Their customer service is brilliant. I've had two RMA experiences with OcUK and both have been excellent. The first one has been with a Creative headset that had a connection issue, and OcUK sent the headphone to Creative for service, and for some reason they never went back to them... However, OcUK actually replaced the headset for me with a more expensive one. Second one has been with a graphics card and they once again, replaced the graphics card for me to avoid long waiting times.
They may not have the lowest prices all the time, but they certainly have the highest quality of service.
