“Absolutely appalling company”

I have today booked a holiday through this terrible company! The price that I was quoted online was nearly £100 less than the actual price I ended up having to pay. The extra fees were £20 per person handling fees, £19.99 for the online check-in per person, £26 credit card fee and a couple of other fees that I can't remember the reason! I was asked if I wanted transfers for me & my friend to & from the hotel, I asked for a price & was quoted £48. It is a 15 minute journey from the airport to the hotel! He then tried to book my hotel and flight and told me he would ring me back in 15 minutes. When he rung back he said the hotel was booked and confirmed however there was a problem with booking the flights and if I wanted the same flights from the same airport, I would have to pay an extra £76 per person! At this point I lost it and told him to cancel the whole thing and that I was already looking online to book with someone else. Magically all of a sudden the flights were available! I think the whole company is appalling!
AVOID THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU THINK YOU'VE FOUND A CHEAP DEAL, IT WON'T BE BY THE TIME THEY'VE FINISHED WITH YOU!!
