Brilliant service and very compatible every time! Have booked flights with them several times and always had a very good service indeed. Booked 3 seats on a BA flight to NY with them on 21st Dec 2010 which was cancelled owing to snow chaos. Their rep Callum set everything in motion to get us on a different flight with BA and managed it for the next day for the same price!! Which was a miracle considering the number of flights cancellations to NY even on that day! He made our Christmas in the Big Apple!!
