I booked 2 rooms and in the drop down box indicated all inclusive. I wrong assumed this would apply to both rooms. However when I recieved the confirmation only one room was all inclusive and the other was half board. I realised immediately but when I rang them a few hours later. There was no option to up grade the room.....but a £76 to cancel before rebooking at the latest price with the all inclusive option. I couldn't understand how it had happened but when I retraced my steps I realised that half board was already selected for me on the second room. I had not opened the drop down box on it so didn't see it.this must happen every day of the week.......and result in them making money out of it. I hope I save someone else from ending up in this position .
