“Couldn't have been easier”

We bought a man's wedding ring a few months prior to our last purchase. It arrived well packaged and quick. Unfortunately the ring was too big but Vashi took it back no quibble, for a full refund, and the insured courier service worked fine. Due to the simplicity, low prices and fast service of Vashi we decided to try and ordered another size. Again the order arrived promptly and securely. The ring fit perfectly and we're really happy with it. Any time I've spoken to their customer service they've been polite and helpful. The only slight negative, which goes for many ring retailers, is the little plastic finger measurers aren't much good as they move a size or two when you get them over your knuckle, so it's hard to tell what ring size you should buy.
