I have been very disatisfied with ING since the took over my account with Singer and Friedlander (Kaupthing Edge). First their interest rates reduce to very poor levels after one year. Second when I tried to enquire how they might give a better rate than the one half percent they were paying on my 60+k deposited with them they were extremely unhelpful, I moved the money pronto. Seceond they have refused requests from a new provider to transfer my ISA.

Stay clear!
