“Okay product let down by poor customer service”

Purchased an early product at great expense but thought the warrantee was helpful. When the frame broke they agreed to replace but it never came. I chased, called and emailed with little help. In the end the summer passed without a trampoline for the kids and I eventually brought a new one - their child hoods slipped away and the company could not give a dam.
