“Totally Unprofessional ”

I sent dental gold to Hatton Garden Refinery on 2nd April 2015 and it was received and signed for on 9th April 2015. I have heard nothing from them either by phone or email despite me calling and emailing them several times.

I am fully aware of the robbery that took place at Hatton Garden over the Easter weekend and I appreciate this may have contributed initially to the delay in contacting me. However as my items arrived and we're signed for after this, 5 days ago, I expected to have been contacted by now.

Not returning calls or emails is unprofessional. At the very least put an update on your website or leave a voicemail or automatic return email to update your customers and reassure them that your reputation as a professional and ethical business is deserved.
