This is a third party Agency and it does not communicate. I have an International confirmed ticket Purchase that I was wondering why it had not been charged to my card. When I called the very poor English speaking person told me it had been cancelled. I am glad I found out before I tried to get my tickets. Price has gone up since I ordered these tickets. They did charge the Insurance I purchased I bet it will be a pain in the A** trying to get that money back...
