“Funeral expenses ”

After losing both my parents within weeks of each other and being the only child you can imagine the cost I'm on the sick myself I couldn't get all the money together so I made the heartbreaking decision to sell there gold to pay the rest of the bill because until I do I canot collect my parents ashes and bring them home. I sent the gold off to Hatton garden refinery I wasn't happy with the offer so I sent the money back that was two weeks ago and I've still not got my gold back I've sent many emails and no reply thers no number I can get through on left messages on answer phone still no reply if anyone can advise me or help in any way it would be very much appreciated I just want to bring my parents home were they belong and that's not possable until I pay rest of bill PLEASE will somebody contact me I don't know what else to do  many thanks
