Crashes even once updated with new software.

General Comments
Between my family we have had four faulty 8310's and one faulty 5210. All crash even once they had been updated with new software!!
Even a singlepoint employee told me they wouldn't touch a new Nokia with a bargepole. I had to buy a new samsung as Nokia would only replace my 8310 with another 8310. Hmmm No thanks!! Nokia are knowingly ripping people off it makes me sick!
