I had a phone call purporting to be from my mobile supplier, inviting me to upgrade. I agreed as the offer sounded pretty good. However, the small print, when it arrived, stated that I'd agreed to buy a REFURBISHED, MINI version of the phone I thought I'd be getting. When I tried to call to cancel, none of the phone numbers on the correspondence worked. I called the fraud helpline and they advised me not to accept delivery of the "new" phone when it arrived. This saved me from what would have been a very costly error - having refused the delivery, I was able to cancel the contract, but it took several months and repeated telephone calls to be able to do this.
My advice: never, ever, have anything to do with E2Save - however good their offer sounds. In fact, never accept a marketing call from anyone inviting you to upgrade, even if you think it's from your own supplier. If you do want to upgrade, shop around when you are good and ready.
