“Excellent Customer Service!”

I have been with EKM since July 2011 and have had a pretty successful ecommerce shop which ran alongside my core business.

I have recently decided to expand another area of my business which required a new webshop. I contacted EKM firstly because I required an upload feature for my customers whereby PDF's could be uploaded. This currently isn't part of the EKM system, HOWEVER, an extremely helpful and knowledgeable member of the EKM team was able to work outside of the normal EKM coding and helped me introduce an upload form which was linked directly to my dropbox account. This is perfect for what I need. Thank you Mark Gilbertson, you are a credit to the EKM team.
