“Excellent help from Gilbert”

I had some SSL installation issues that needed detailed help yesterday and today. I'm pretty much a novice at this on a very steep learning curve.
There Tech Help desk are contactable by phone, ticket or Chat Window.
I prefer chat window and guess what? It really works and the guys there really try to help - even an idiot like me!!!
I would like to mention GILBERT who was truly exceptional. Thanks!
