I ordered on line on the 16th February (back to wall WC/ shower tray & glass shower cubicle) a week after ordering I had a phone call to say they couldn't get the shower tray as their supplier had a fire and could no longer get it, but they agreed to send out an alternative within 4-6working days. To cut a really long story short after numerous emails chasing the goods which they had charged me for, by the 19th March I'd had enough and I tried to re-contact this company by phone, however I was confronted by a voice mail sayng they were trialing an email only system (alarm bells start ringing).
At this point I'm not getting any email responces so I try the live chat link and manage to get I touch with someone who after a battle agrees to give me a full refund. 2 weeks on we still havent received our money and worse still we now can't get in touch with anyone at this company. I have since found the name of the managing director and wrote to him on LinkedIn, I await to see if he replies.
Do not get sucked in by the affordable prices, it'll be the dearest non existent order you'll ever not receive.
I'm now seeking legal advice and our bank is getting involved.
