“Shockingly poor service”

Just spent 5 months sorting out my insurance claim with this shockingly poor company
Insurance arranged over the phone and that is where is falls flat
Car was written off and sat waiting to be assessed for 8 weeks
Had to call a million times but always promised they would get back to me - not once did they phone back
They wrote the car off and then the underwriters would not pay out
Had to go to the Obidsman - Master Quote accused my of lying until they played back their phone records and had to own up to their mistake
Could have lost 12000 pounds
I can assure you - use this band of bandits at your peril
