“Dishonest insurance company”

I'm a coop young driver insurer. I was hit by a third party who was also a co op insured driver. Co op are refusing to pay for some of the damage, because they are saying it was corroded . Now if something was corroded how long will it last? Nobody knows but it was fine until the accident. I would urge people not to use co op insurance and find a honest company
