Initially the transaction appeared twice on my CREDIT CARD STATEMENT which I spotted and rectified before the car hire began. At the GOLDCAR desk in Alicante Airport I was informed the contract was terminated as I should have collected the car sooner. Couldn't contact the ESCAPE people....they'd gone. Resurrected the hire with the ESCAPE TEAM the next day only for GOLDCAR to say they new nothing about it and were not inclined to check either.
I hire regularly, usually through DoYouSpain and never had problems. Thought I would try somebody new....big mistake
