“Great customer service”

Although worried about ordering such a high cost item on line the process was uncomplicated and the customer service excellent. The original car I wanted was already sold but another was found immediately and offered at the same price for a higher value car. The small problems when it was delivered were rectified at our local dealer and the assistance from Buy a Car outstanding. I am delighted with the car, the finance deal and the speed at which it was all delivered. Any questions were answered quickly and often followed up with a personal phone call. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a PCP deal.
The only queries I felt could have been better explained were how the vehicle is taxed once delivered as this was a little confusing.
