I love Gudrun Sjoden products and order them online from the southwest of England. I have been trying them out now for four months and will NEVER do business with them again because:

(1) My parcels do not arrive and end up stuck in a depot somewhere with no one to sort the matter out
(2) The telephone customer service personnel are uniformly rude and treat the customer like nothing short of a bad rash. They don't want to help. They spout rules at you. They are surly. They want to get you off the phone. They are aggressive and mean. They tell you that you are the ONLY PERSON who has this problem. In fine, they are abusive.

If your parcel happens to arrive at your home, fine! You're a lucky one! But if it doesn't, God help you. You are in for a nightmare if you want to see your goods. You're going to have the fight of your life. As I mentioned at the beginning, I love their products but IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.
