“Dreadful cusotmer care”

I have been buying at sports direct in Peterborough for many years and spent probably thousands of pounds with them. I recently bought some walking boots. The laces aore through after 3 wears so I changed them. They wore out again after another 3 wears. On checking further all of the metal eyelets have sharp parts that lacerate the laces. I returned to the store 6 weeks after purchase and the store manager said that he could do nothing as this was my opinion and he thought that they were fit for purpose. They are clearly not and it can be proven - what they are doing is immoral and not legal. I think the managers are trained in how to reject returns. I will never return to sports direct and recommend everyone else to do the same.
