written by Mauricio149 on 23/03/2015

Have a look at this. Need I say more?

I am trying to re-new but am being blocked. Can I ask who owns 'Free Parking'.
That person needs to see this!:

I don't think you could call the responses I have received so far customer service. For months I have
been asking a simple question but can't get a coherent answer! Sometimes I get evasive responses
that relate loosely to what I have asked but nothing that I don't have to try and interpret. It's as if something
is being hidden from me? Here are some of my, as yet unanswered, questions from the past:

Can I ask. Is there a fee to use free parking now? If so can I ask how much?
I don't mind paying if I know it is necessary!?? But what is it I am being asked to pay for??

So is FreeParking no longer free then?

I don't mind paying if I know it is necessary!??

Are you asking me to upgrade?

I get this but what does it mean>????

But I have renewed! Haven't I????

Ok but it seems to stop working a lot and also if I try to renew I get a demand for money.
It's just that I'm not sure what for?
Look if you want me to pay just to stay as I am will you please just say so?

Is this a compulsory upgrade or is freeparking no longer free?

Cheers,

HI,

Log into http://and go to the Renew Domains section of the My Domains drop down menu and you will be able to renew your domain name which expires in just under two weeks.
