ijust sold on ebay a microwave and used this company first time, when arrived at my customer home ,they from a dent on microwave and email me, i send this to them a copy of email about this , the told me to make a claim , which i did , then made a claim they damaged my customer's item on delivery. and now they wont give a refund.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, lesson learned cheaper is not always better and couldn't be a truer way to describe this company and this message is all what they send to all customers Sorry to hear that your parcel has arrived damaged.
We do have a claims process in place for instances such as this.
