“eliquids r gr8! customer handling lack training in...”

written by speedqueen on 20/03/2015

I'm baffled why they store customers private details on their system...i'm walking into a shop not ordering a pizza delivery, I expect to pick up and go. I initially was skeptical about giving my details out loud especially as other people had entered the shop, and worse not knowing what purposes those details are stored, processed and used, I regret not asking, it's always better to ask if not keen, but then again under sales & consumer regulations we as customers should be automatically provided with an understanding agreement between both parties that our details will not be passed on or abused by employees, that agreement is to protect our best interests and statutory rights same as a disclaimer would say on any website.

My next criticism unfortunately is about the passage way in the shop it's very narrow and awkward, one person serving while others need to wait before sampling and buying. If your a young 'looking' female often is a common issue in many shops around camden and euston don't be surprised if you aren't remembered going in the shop previously by male staff even if 6 months ago, staff will try desperately to get into a personal conversation which I find extremely offensive and inappropriate that this seems to be an acceptable culture amongst male around here and does not form part of the 'norm' elsewhere in London. However, on this occasion in a hurry I dropped by to pick up a straightforward universal charger having mislaid one which I bought in there. My replacement should have taken a minute or so, it took far longer, the quieter the shop periods are to be honest is when to avoid unless you're sadly accompanied, don't worry it's not the world we live in anymore it's camden, but we won't go into that.

Male staff are too 'matey' and it doesn't do justice for the company image, representation of organic health product and professional customers do not want nor have got time for that attitude.

In the end no matter how many times you repeat your name and address E-VAP staff say your details are not saved ad could not be found, yet they impose on you to get this information, so I find very odd.

As health aspects like this are trending through the media right now, we need to be reassured that a newly established company is trusting and full knowledge of product in there is explained, I am told by staff the product is organic and there is not a single chemical ingredient, but thats not strictly true.

I found out in my next visit that supposedly I according to the 'system' although many other people showed in the same first name, despite saying and spelling my surname 4/5 times, were recommended only 6mg eliquid when I specifically recall about my smoking habits in the shop being asked previously and explaining my
20-a-day medium strengths some weeks up to 40.

Why then 'prescribe' me only 6mg eliquid?? having not been aware of the website or website perhaps under construction 6 months ago I surely would have depended on the position of staff in there tailoring the product to suit individual needs.

As a result I realized visiting again the eliquid I should have purchased is 18mg, so the product sold to me turned out to be ineffective, this is what happens when staff are transfixed on communicating something irrelevant and not listening to the customer, shop is crowded and noisy nowhere to move, and trying to effortlessly detract money from people easily.

I had news today that in all this time assuming e-cigarettes do not work, getting clean and detoxifying the years of damage caused then going back to smoking nicotine brands was highly dangerous. My health at a higher risk than before, is that my fault or the shops fault, I would argue this stuff needs to be approved by a pharmacy, I will seek lawyers advice if needs be sue. Certainly my hypnotherapist urges me to take further action.
