“Easy to safe money on new car”

I liked the ease of getting a full quote for the new car, I didn't like having to chase for delivery date several times when they could have kept me informed. I really would like to pass on my thanks to the delivery driver who delivered the new car on a trailer, he rang when he was 30 minutes away and said if I had a problem with the timing he would arrive later, he was extremely polite and helpful wanting to show me round the car and controls well done.
One thing that new buyers should watch is that I had to chase the V5c document 4 or 5 times by email, it eventually arrive over 2 months after the car was delivered, ! Not good and illegal - they said it was a mix up with the suppling garage but it would have been nice to have the garage or whoever cocked up opologise.
