At present, I am so mad at BlueMountain I wouldn't recommend them to a flea! I want to cancel the Create & Print portion of my membership as I never use it; tried to do it on line & they said I had to go to 1-888-254-1450; that number keeps telling me to go on line -- what a bunch of nonsense!!!!! It's pretty bad when you can't get a live person to talk to anymore. GET THIS -- I WANT TO KEEP MY BLUEMOUNTAIN ACCOUNT BUT CANCEL THE CREATE & PRINT PORTION -- DO YOU SUPPOSE A LIVE PERSON COULD DO THAT BY JUNE 15TH WHICH IS THE DATE I WAS GIVEN?????????????????????????????????????
