Absolutely terrible service. The purchased a amp/speaker mic for my sons BAND on the strength of the online chat person on their site. It came and it was rubbish volume and quality. They refused to have it back for a refund on stating some small print on the order. So, I've paid around £300 for a door stop. avoid this company like the plague.
