Ordered my flowers for mothers day on 10th March to be delivered on 15th. The flowers were £24 with free delivery! They looked lovely so I paid for them and expected a confirmation email! I had not received an email 2 hours later and by this point alarm bells were ringing - and I checked the reviews! I could not believe I had been so stupid as not to have read them before paying! I rang my card provider straight away but they informed me I was too late to stop payment! I had no choice but to trust the company! After reading other comments I should be thankful that my mum even received the flowers but they were a day early and of really poor quality with some already being dead! I did show her how they were supposed to look and we were shocked and disappointed to see the actual flowers shared no likeness at all! I cannot believe that companies like this are allowed to trade, more should be done to protect the customer!
I have sent an email to iflorist and they have promptly replied so we will await the outcome! I refuse to let this go!!!!
