This is for everyone that thinks about renting a car with this company:
DO NOT! Some weeks ago I rented a car and immediately the problems started.
Every time we stopped the car for some time we had to get help from someone else to jumpstart it.
When we called Assistance we got that we had to go a 190 km long trip to the airport to get it replaced. That feels safe!
It ended with that I couldn’t get the car key in the ignition. Assistance told me that I had to turn the car key ONE STEP MORE, then the car would start. Seriously? Did you say this because I am a woman? I can tell you that I have driven a car for 30 years and for sure know how to start a car!!
Would you have said the same if it was a man calling you with the same problem?
I did not get much help at all, totally ruined my vacation and for this I get NO compensation!
Like I said before! Do not use this company to rent a car! Choose another one!!
