Returned goods with drop off service and luckily kept receipt. I Emailed the day I returned the goods asking when I could expect a refund. Their reply said up to 15 days. Nothing happened. I Emailed them a copy of the drop off receipt asking why it had taken over a month - within hours they refunded me. They sat on my refund for over 5 weeks. Wonder what would have happened if I had not chased or kept the drop off receipt. Unlikely I will be using them again.
