I have been with lloyds bank for around 2 years now and recently I have been experiencing money troubles which resulted in a direct debit bouncing the bank then decided to charge me 40.00 and take it all at once even after I called them and asked them to freeze the charge as it will leave me with 30.00 to feed my child they refused to help me and I have now got to struggle to make ends meet for a week
