“Never Again”

Poor business people. Waited a month after they charged my account to advise me that my material was no longer available, and I had to contact them for that information. They were unyielding to compensating me for my time and inconvenience. I proposed a resolution and received an extremely unprofessional response. This was my first time ordering from them. After an hour plus long argument I requested a refund. I ordered from this company to support Indian industry and to avoid the US markup on Indian clothing. In the future, I will pay the markup to avoid such unprofessionalism. This is a real shame to industry and a true blight on the fabric of our gracious and friendly culture.
