“DO NOT USE”

I am angry at even having to rate this as one star but thats the least here- In my opinion, no stars is more appropriate.
I had left a review here about 3 weeks ago to which after about 10 days I received an apology letter stating there was an error which led to delays in documents being sent out. the letter also promised a full refund and 10 extra legal copies for free in order to make up for the (shoddy) service. By this time I had lodged a complaint  anyway and decided to retract it only if they kept their end of the bargain.
Well I received my documents (eventually) but with no signs of a refund or the promised legal copies. As usual any attempts to contact them have failed- emails, phones chats etc.

I am now going to pursue my complaint further- I cannot believe that these people think they can get away with this kind of behaviour- and they call themselves legal deed poll service- conning people, I am sure, is ILLEGAL!!

I have read many reviews which say their negative reviews were deleted. I am so hawk eyed about this website, I know they update their website almost every other day. This is what I intend to do.

- Since I am sure my review will get deleted, I am going to post my experience 3 times a day (yes I will make the time!!) so new users see the review and I will be certain there is somebody sitting there just to delete my review.
- I am going to now pursue the complaint. I had already contacted Action Fraud and trading standards and will ring on Monday to further it.
I am sure if there are numbers to prove a case, this will add weight to the complaint and hopefully these people will know they are not dealing with one disgruntled customer but a whole lot of disappointed ones who will try not to let them get away with this kind of service.

I am not angry because they did not send me free copies and my refund- Yes some may argue that I have now received my document and so I should be pleased. I am angry because first you give us a horrible service, then a lame excuse, then a tall promise (and we bought your excuse because we understand mistakes can happen and we acknowledged your gesture at rebuilding customer relations) and then only to find out you just wanted to appease us temporarily and not honour your own words- almost insulting our intelligence. This has got to stop. Trust me, I would have come back and given a glowing review if the service had kept their end of the deal saying- yes though there was an error they more than made up for it. But they have just invited a whole lot of negative reviews and I will ensure mine don't go unnoticed by the users of this service
