I hold several domain accounts with Namesco - they've always been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues wherever they can. Today I had an issue and was put through to technical staff immediately who explained whats was happening and time lines to resolve the problems - down time was kept to a minimum. I should also point out that the downtime was not due to namesco - but me. Thanks,.
