Filling in the application was easy, received the e-draft copy the next day and then I verified and approved the copy. The next day I received teh legal deed copy in my postbox, to my surprise there was only one copy. I am not sure it is a draft or not. However when checked it is found to be a original copy and I did not receive my 10 addition legal copies I ordered along with the original deed copy. Now it's been more than 10 days and I have not received my legal copies, trying to get hold of them on several phone numbers / online forms / email - and none of them are responding and Haven't heard back from them. The automated reason being - we charge less and hence we don't provide service :-) This is not good at all. One would have no choice other than to approach a different firm and pay little extra to get the deeds done and have the after process customer support in case you require any further details/help on this regard. I would not recommend this.
Concerns:
1. No Customer Support after approval of e-draft copy.
2. Paid for 10 additional copies and that never received and have to re-approach other firms to get this process corrected. Luckily I have not signed this yet :-)
