While I can vouch for the quality of your wools, your customer service is terrible. I live in Texas. That's in the United States. I haven't yet received my order and while I've repeatedly requested verification as to where you've actually shipped it, no one bothers to reply to my anxious queries. Yet your email message of February 12th claims you've shipped it. That's almost 3 weeks ago. So where in the world is it?
