“Faulty goods; rip off premium rate line; aftersales...”

"Faulty item delivered. After sales service is awful. My refurbishment project is delayed, tradesman has no part to install. Four times I was put on hold for ages on a premium rate line then still no progress - "have to ask supplier" every time, but never get back to me. Four times I was told they would call back then they did not. Was made to send photos and videos of faulty item three times but still did they delayed and broke promises. Then they send replacement by '5 working days' postal service and refuse to send it faster or to give refund so I can buy it elsewhere.
This is my worst ever online shopping experience."
