“Appalling customer service!!! Avoid!!!”

I have received appalling customer service from this company who failed to read delivery notes and failed to install a chair in my office ( such a simple task ) which I paid £10 extra for!! When I asked for a refund of the delivery charge I got no answer for days on end. I'm still chasing this now from the beginning of February! Disgusting service of staff who are not willing to help. Quality of the chair is good don't get me wrong but I would never shop here ever again and make sure my colleagues avoid at all costs! I think staff need some training in customer service and how to handle complaints. To this date I am still waiting for a response from somebody and still waiting for a refund. I will also be expecting a good will gesture for wasting my time!!!
