I received notification from eBookers that the airline had made changes to our flights to San Antonio. We were now booked on a flight at 6am in the morning instead of 10am, and additionally had a 4 hr wait for our connection at Amsterdam.
I phoned eBookers and was directed to their hub in India. I explained to the advisor that I was not happy and wanted to depart at 10am not 6am. The advisor spoke to the airline and after over an hour managed to agree a revised schedule so that we could depart at 10am as our original booking.
First class service, the advisor went the extra mile.
I regularly use eBookers for my flights but this is the first time that I needed any assistance, and they passed 100%
