“Great Service”

ADWEB came along at the right time for us via a cold call - thank goodness. Someone had built us a very basic website when we expanded our business many years ago. We had lost contact with them. Like everything, time to sort it out (when you are not very technically minded) and knowing where to start to set about shutting that site down seemed impossible. He managed to close down the old site and set us up with our current one. His patience was the thing that struck me, nothing was too much trouble - endless emails and calls from us to get our site right for us as a small business! As a result enquiries have obviously shot up, expanding our local customer base to a National one. The aftercare is important to us too, as product specs change frequently. I just email him our requirements and the changes are made to the site overnight. Couldn't be happier.
