Ordered some Christmas presents from Lazybone and only received part of the order. I was not advised that the product would not be available for Christmas until I enquired four weeks later. Have sent numerous emails for either a replacement or a refund and three months later I am still waiting. Customer service is extremely poor. I will not order from them again.
