l took out this insurance as Marks and Spencer always has a good name, worst thing I ever did. My dog had a growth removed and they sent a cheque for £3.50 when the bill was nearly four hundred pounds. Now fighting to get reinbursed, next step the omnibusman. Read small print very carefully. Found the claims staff abrupt to the point of rudeness, never had such poor treatment and looking at the reviews so have a lot of others. Come on marks and spencer, is this the way to go?
