Happy to take your money, will not chase any query, will ring their head office and sit on hands not at all proactive, original flight changed, did not contact me till 1 WEEK after notification given by airline, so flights that had been available had gone by the time we were trying to reorganise, so left with only one option, if i treated people like that in my job I would be sacked, everything is too much trouble. Will never use again, customer friendly and helpful, saw no sign of that. Biggest mistake walking through their doors. Hays travel tag line 'no body offers you more' does this apply to changes, no contact and unhelpfulness,i think so
