Ordered a club on Thursday 12-2-2015 11 pm ish. I was expecting an email on the Friday saying the club had been dispatched, no email.
On Monday the 16-2-2015 no email. I then contacted Golf Bidder on Monday asking if they had received my order.
I received an email saying they had missed my order on the Friday and said they would dispatch the club ASAP and refund my postage.
Once the club had been dispatched everything ran very smoothly. Thank you.
