“Poor excursions and service”

I've recently been on a holiday to Cuba with The Holiday Place. The hotels and flights were fine, but the excursions were problematic....

- Tour guides turning up late, or not at all!
- Excursions with missing activities. e.g vinales - no cigar factory. Journey to the heart of Cuba - no horse riding or snorkelling as promised.

When you raise complaints, they don't bother coming back to you. Once they've got the money, they aren't interested. All the literature says you must book excursions with the Holiday Place rep or you won't have any come back. But if you do book with them, they don't come back to you!

I wouldn't book with them again.
