Booked the flowers for valentines 3 days earlier. at 1:30 pm gets an email below;
Dear ....,
Unfortunately, shops in the recipient's delivery area are no
longer taking deliveries for the holiday. Please advise if
you would like to provide an alternate delivery date after
the holiday. Please reply to this email or call us at
800-822-9547. Thank you.
When I called the first time I was on hold for 25 minutes. And the unprofessional who picked up, said there is nothing else to do or say. So I am out of luck, and that late on V day, no one else would deliver. When I called to cancel I was on hold for 45 minutes. I kid you not.
Please save your money and pay a bit extra or less to another professional company. This company is by far the worst company ever. Thanks for ruining Valentine's Day.
